The latest innovation developed is Q-Guard – a fraud detection and prevention tool that supports the industry in combating mortgage fraud. The tool was beta-launched 18 months ago and recently won the MFG Award for Best Anti-Fraud Measure.

Since 1990, Quest has been licensed by RICS to reproduce the Homebuyer Survey & Valuation, and is the major supplier of software to RICS members to generate these reports. Building on its experience in this sector, Quest has extended its offerings for the Home Report, and Energy Performance Certificate markets and is one of the leading technology suppliers to these sectors.
