Quest’s Forms Administration team is constantly reproducing new survey and valuation forms for lenders, brokers and packagers. There is currently in excess of 350 form templates available to surveyors in the UK property market. The unique form design enables surveyors to either use preferred or Lender’s mandatory phrases to improve efficiency.
Standard paragraphs can be set-up by the valuer to save time typing up reports or to comply with some lenders who have preferred or mandatory standard paragraphs. These all take the form of numbered phrases, with the valuer simply dictating the relevant numbers to be entered into the form.
Quest’s Underwriter Alerts help reduce errors in the completion of survey and valuation forms, and speed up mortgage processing. When completing a report the surveyor is alerted to any missing or conflicting data, which does not meet the underwriter’s advisory or mandatory requirements.
Forms can be enhanced to enable the attachment of digital photos which will then be returned as attachments to the report, as a single file. This eliminates the need to marry up the photos that would otherwise have to be submitted by letter, fax or email to the report that has been returned electronically.
