James Sherwood-Rogers

James Sherwood-Rogers, Managing Director

James Sherwood-Rogers is Managing Director of both Landmark Legal & Financial and Quest,
a Landmark Information Group company.

 

At Quest, James manages the strategic direction of the business and works closely with the
management team to continue developing and delivering software innovations to the mortgage
valuation, Home Information Pack and Energy Assessment sectors. This includes further developing Q-Guard, a tool for detecting and preventing cases of mortgage fraud at the point of valuation.

 

Prior to joining Landmark, James held a range of management positions with DMGT, Norwich Union and Saatchi & Saatchi.

Andy Coles

Andy Coles, Head of Business Development

Andy Coles joined Quest in May 2009 as Head of Business Development where he works closely with mortgage lenders and industry associations to support anti-fraud initiatives by integrating Quest’s Q-Guard tool into existing processes and programmes. With over 20 years management experience in the lending, risk analysis and personal finance sectors, Andy was previously Risk Director for Link Lending Limited, Head of Sales & Relationship Management for Endeavour Personal Finance Ltd and General Manager of London Mortgage Company/Capstone.

Graham Hitchins

Graham Hitchins, Head of Account Management:

Graham Hitchins joined Quest in 1995 with over 15 years financial and IT experience in the UK property market. Whilst undertaking his MBA (1995) he studied 'Business Process Re-engineering' and the practicalities of its implementation. Graham works closely with Quest’s clients and the internal software development team on new product initiatives that will help further improve business efficiencies and keep abreast of new industry requirements.

Thomas Parker

Thomas Parker, Survey & Valuation Specialist:

Thomas Parker joined Quest in 1998 in a customer support role. Now, as the Survey & Valuation Specialist, Thomas has been heavily involved in the strategic development of this business stream and works closely with key clients to further develop their use of technology to streamline processes.

Colin Blears

Colin Blears, HIPs Specialist:

Colin Blears joined Quest in 1999 in a customer support role. Now, as the HIPs specialist, Colin has been heavily involved in the strategic development and direction of the company’s Home Information Pack and Energy Performance offerings. As a result, he regularly attends and speaks at industry events and conferences.

Tom Parker

Tom Parker, Non Executive Director:

Tom Parker founded Quest in 1982 and successfully grew the business to become the market leading provider of mortgage valuation and survey software solutions. In 2009, Tom became a non-executive director for Quest.
