For existing DataWeb users, a FREE upgrade is available that delivers the ability to allow your clients to track and view their Homebuyer Reports and Building Surveys online.
Quest will provide you with your own-branded website, allowing your client to track the progress of their survey and, once it has been electronically signed-off, view the report as a PDF. The system generates a unique reference and password within each case record, which can be issued to your clients so they can securely access their report. |
The system can also keep the applicant informed of the case progress via an SMS text message to their mobile phone.
